India consulting on Auction of 37-43.5 GHz range for IMT

TRAI initiated a public consultation on Auction of Frequency Spectrum in 37-37.5 GHz, 37.5-40 GHz, and 42.5-43.5 GHz bands for IMT. GSMA has responded to the consultation, in its consistent endeavour to support industry in its efforts to ensure sustainable and inclusive digital infrastructure for India’s future. GSMA’s response focuses on the need for long-term spectrum roadmap and availability of adequate spectrum in crucial high, and mid-band ranges at sustainable terms and conditions for operators.
