GSMA Public Feedback on Gigabit Infrastructure Act

GSMA supports the review of the Broadband Cost Reduction Directive considering current technological, market and regulatory developments and shares its objectives. To achieve its goals, the ‘Gigabit Infrastructure Act’ (GIA) must prescribe effective and simplified procedures, applicable universally and consistently across the EU. Clear guidelines combined with stricter enforcement of its implementation will make the GIA an effective tool.
