The renowned regional events will be held on 28–29 May in Mexico City, with a single, free, and open registration.
22 May 2024, Buenos Aires: In a national context marked by shifting policies and ongoing debates in telecommunications, the GSMA and Mexico will host authorities, executives, and experts from across the continent to discuss the present and future of Latin America’s digital landscape. The gathering will take place on 28–29 May at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City, Polanco, with a new joint edition of M360 LATAM and the Latin American Congress on Digital Transformation (CLTD). As in previous years, the events will open with a joint inaugural session before continuing with two parallel conference tracks. Online registration is now open and offers free access to both events.
Produced by the GSMA—the organisation behind MWC Barcelona—M360 LATAM will explore the latest trends in technology, innovation, and digital business. This year’s programme will examine the maturity of 5G and the rapid transformation of artificial intelligence from promise to reality. Topics on the agenda include GSMA Open Gateway, green technology for growth, 5G mobile fiber, Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN), cybersecurity, and evolving user habits.
The 12th edition of the Latin American Congress on Digital Transformation (CLTD) is convened by ASIET, the GSMA and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). The region’s flagship forum will invite participants to analyse, exchange, and drive forward “Policies for the Digital (R)evolution in Latin America.” Panels and roundtables will focus on the sustainability of future networks, closing the mobile internet usage gap, regulatory modernisation and driving 5G for socio-economic growth. Authorities, executives, academics, analysts and representatives of international organisations from all over the region will participate.
