Green paper on Iraq Draft Telecommunications Laws

This is a consolidated position paper (“Green Paper”) which summarizes the recommendations and observations of the experts during the multi-stakeholder workshop, organised under the auspices of the Iraq Communications and Media Commission (“CMC”), by the GSMA.
