The GSMA Voice Initiative
Exploring diversity, equity and inclusion in the mobile industry
Help us benchmark DEI across our industry
Welcome to the GSMA Voice Initiative – your opportunity to have your say on this critical topic and help us better understand the impact of DEI on business culture, strategy and growth across the connectivity ecosystem.
Your input into this survey is vital to ensuring the data we collect is as industry-relevant and far-reaching as possible. Thank you for taking part.
Our ambition for this survey
Developed by the GSMA together with our data capture partners inclusio, this survey will gather people and culture insights from GSMA members around the world – allowing us to paint a full picture of the state of diversity, equity and inclusion within our rapidly evolving industry.
We’ll be collating information throughout the year with a plan to publish a full report of our findings at MWC26 Barcelona.
All responses are confidential and it shouldn’t take longer than 5 – 7 minutes to complete.
If you have any problems accessing the survey, contact our team here.
“Inclusive business is not simply a moral imperative, it’s a business imperative, with meaningful benefits to the bottom line.
Lara Dewar, GSMA CMO
