Connected Healthcare brings together advanced connectivity, artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies to help healthcare providers deliver more connected, efficient and patient-centred care across hospitals, communities and the home.

Healthcare systems are facing growing pressure from rising demand, ageing populations, workforce shortages and limited resources. At the same time, advances in connectivity, AI, extended reality (XR), cloud computing and intelligent devices are creating new opportunities to improve the way care is delivered.

Connected health brings these technologies together to support better outcomes for patients, clinicians and healthcare systems. Developed in collaboration with the National University Health System (NUHS) and Global Health Connector (GHC), CHACCA brings together healthcare providers, mobile network operators, technology companies, policymakers, researchers and innovators to accelerate the adoption of connected healthcare solutions. CHACCA provides a collaborative platform to identify shared healthcare challenges, validate use cases and share implementation experience. By connecting expertise from across the health and mobile ecosystems, CHACCA supports the development of practical, scalable approaches that improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.

Through executive roundtables, technical working groups, practical case studies and collaborative projects, members can exchange knowledge, build partnerships and learn from successful deployments. The programme focuses on helping organisations move from individual pilots to scalable implementations that can be adopted across different healthcare systems.

As the organisation that represents the global mobile ecosystem, the GSMA brings together the partners needed to support this collaboration. Through CHACCA, the GSMA Foundry helps accelerate the adoption of advanced connectivity in healthcare by fostering cross-sector collaboration, sharing best practice and enabling the development of solutions that deliver measurable impact.
