At MWC Barcelona 2026, Infobip showcased an interactive demo at the GSMA Pavilion exploring how AI agents can work together to power secure financial services.

The demonstration focused on a loan application scenario where multiple AI agents collaborate through conversational messaging to assess risk, calculate loan options and perform security checks.

By integrating Open Gateway network APIs, the system retrieves trusted telecom data such as number verification, SIM swap information and account tenure. This network intelligence strengthens fraud detection while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
