4YFN 2025 Award Winner + Finalists

4YFN hosts a prestigious global competition aimed at identifying and celebrating the world’s most innovative digital startups. This competition serves as the pinnacle of recognition for startups at MWC Barcelona 2025, ensuring international exposure. As part of their prize package, the 2025 finalists were granted the opportunity to showcase their accomplishments through the GSMA Foundry platform. Allow us to introduce you to our five outstanding finalists below!

Bankuish

2025 4YFN award winner Bankuish is a mobile platform where gig workers, freelancers, and creators leverage their work history data to raise their creditworthiness. Users gain access to a marketplace of pre-approved financial offers from national banks tailored to their unique profile, as well as tools to grow their credit score.

The company helps banks gain new customers, manage risk, and improve current customer relation-ships. The Bankuish Score has been used to de-risk hundreds of thousands of individuals while maintaining a default rate well below the industry standard.

Present in the US, Latam and expanding into Europe, Bankuish is currently used by the world’s largest banks, fintechs, and insurance providers to originate over four hundred million USD of credit to the future of work.

Rockfish Data

Enterprises are stymied by data bottlenecks including sharing constraints and sparsity, while productising AI, testing AI agents and making operational decisions. 4YFN 2025 finalist Rockfish Data’s outcome-centric synthetic data platform is purpose built for cross-silo data sharing and smart data augmentation for overcoming these bottlenecks.

Rockfish Data’s foundational innovation originated based on years of research at Carnegie Mellon University, the birthplace of AI. Rockfish Data is trusted by several enterprises and public sector agencies.

Qflow

4YFN 2025 finalist Qflow is a construction technology company on a mission to build a world where construction work leaves a positive legacy. Founded in 2018 by Brittany Harris, a civil engineer, and Jade Cohen, an environmental scientist, Qflow was born from firsthand experience of the inefficiencies and environmental impact that plague construction sites.

Headquartered in London, Qflow empowers project teams with real-time data on materials, waste, utilities, and carbon, captured directly from site the moment it happens. By connecting what was planned with what arrives and is used on site, Qflow helps teams ensure quality, reduce risk, minimise waste, and avoid costly rework or delays.

Qflow gives the construction industry the tools it needs to truly understand what’s going into the buildings we create — protecting the people who will use them, safeguarding the environment, and helping teams build better, faster, and more efficiently.

Horus ML

4YFN 2025 finalist Horus ML was created in 2022 in response to the need of companies specialised in the implementation of solutions based on artificial intelligence and machine learning in the healthcare sector.

Although the potential of these techniques to improve the clinical-care environment has been widely studied, in Horus ML we detected that its real application in clinical practice was still very limited. That is why we tried to identify the main factors that lead to this phenomenon and define a series of company values that allow us to overcome them.

Ramon.Space

4YFN 2025 finalist Ramon.Space is at the forefront of building state-of-the-art space-resilient computing infrastructure that empowers the next generation of satellite and space missions. Our on-board processors (OBP) revolutionize traditional satellites into smart, software-defined units so applications can be developed and updated in real-time, creating infinite possibilities for space payloads and satellite missions. Our systems leverage ground-breaking Manycore ML/AI/DSP processing technology to power next generation earth observation, communications and data processing applications, bringing them to unprecedented levels of advancement. Our solutions are robust, reliable, and ready for the rigors of space.

With proven computing technology used in space missions across the solar system – we are set to lead the digital transformation in space.
