Key achievements include a 39% reduction in supply cycle times, a 27% decrease in energy consumption, and a 74% increase in per capita output. Innovations like machine vision, automated logistics, and AI-driven scheduling further enhance efficiency. The factory serves as a benchmark for intelligent manufacturing, aiming to replicate its practices across various industries.
