For the first time, users can buy a refurbished product and resell their old smartphone through a simple chat, transforming a technical process into a natural and instant conversation.

Available for free to all users, this dual innovation is fully aligned with the era of conversational commerce. In a market where over 80% of purchases are made online, but where the complexity of the offer (aesthetic grades, storage capacities, models) can be disorienting, Recommerce provides a concrete answer: the fluidity of natural dialogue.
Buy with complete confidence thanks to agentic commerce: Through the sales application, the user engages in a natural conversation with the AI to describe their needs. ChatGPT identifies the ideal model, instantly proposes several offers from the Recommerce catalogue (over 7,000 references), and guides the customer until the finalisation of their purchase. The AI acts as a personal expert, providing reassurance on quality and helping to navigate technical specifications.
Resell your old device in an instant: In parallel, the trade-in app transforms the resale journey, which is often perceived as technical or tedious. A technical feat: connecting AI to real-world data
The technical challenge was to pair the generative power of ChatGPT with Recommerce’s structured data (inventory and pricing).
