Telzar 019 International Telecommunications Ltd. (t/a 019 Mobile) is the largest MVNO (FULL MVNO) in Israel, with around three hundred and fifty thousand subscribers (around 3.8% mobile market share). The company started operating as international telecommunication service provider in 2010, and as mobile services provider 2013. 019 Mobile believes in attractive offers and as such – offers the best tariffs in all services – ISP, Mobile and international calls. 019 Mobile is also the sole supplier of outbound and inbound roaming services in Israel’s International airport (via IAA tender). The company is privately owned by the Sela family.
