Telcoin
Telcoin is a multinational fintech building the Internet of Money by uniting blockchain technology, telecommunications, and regulated banking. Telcoin’s strategy centers on mobile network operators, whose identity, distribution, and trusted infrastructure already reach billions of people, making them the natural distribution partners for bringing on-chain finance, Digital Cash stable coins, and agentic payments to every mobile phone user in the world.
Telcoin Network, launching in Q4 2026 and governed by the Telcoin Association, is the first and only Layer 1 blockchain optimized for stablecoin transactions and validated exclusively by GSMA mobile network operators. Only these operators process blocks and earn the network’s transaction fees and block rewards, running validator nodes in their existing datacenters on a shared settlement layer they own, operate, and govern. Applying telecom-grade QoS to finance, the network reserves dedicated lanes for regulated stablecoin transactions, giving them priority processing and predictable, affordable fees regardless of network congestion – a guarantee general-purpose blockchains, never designed for telecom compliance or use cases, cannot offer. This is MFS 2.0: mobile financial services rebuilt for the Internet of Money, with operators running the network that settles peer-to-peer stablecoin payments and payments made by AI agents.
Telcoin Digital Asset Bank, the first regulated digital asset bank in the United States, issues eUSD, the first U.S. bank-issued stablecoin, and is expanding Digital Cash stablecoins to a growing range of local currencies designed to run natively on Telcoin Network. This lets operators offer digital money on the infrastructure they already run, without needing to become a bank or hold subscriber funds. Telcoin Digital Asset Bank is also launching the Digital Cash Consortium, an open, brand-neutral standard for bank-issued digital money, starting with eUSD.
