On July 6, 2026, All Things Circular convened an industry roundtable at Mobile Disrupt 2026 in Miami. OEMs, carriers, marketplaces, refurbishers, recyclers, regulators and financial services firms discussed the roundtable’s central question: how the industry should govern the data that will define every device’s lifecycle by 2030. Participants named data exposure, liability and competitive risk as their top concerns about sharing device data. The report’s authors prepared it with support from GSMA Member Apkudo.
