The GSMA AgriTech Programme is hosting a webinar to present our recently launched GSMA AgriTech Accelerator. The GSMA AgriTech Accelerator (“the Accelerator”) commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), is part of the Fund for the Promotion of Innovation in Agriculture (i4Ag) and being carried out by the GSMA on behalf of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ). This initiative aims to support and fast-track the growth of innovative, revenue-generating digital agriculture solutions that support the programme’s mission of improving smallholder farmers’ livelihoods, financial inclusion, and climate resilience. 

We will provide an overview of the Accelerator, its key objectives and focus areas and the support package on offer for cohort members. We will also highlight the main eligibility requirements and discuss the expected commitments from cohort members, the selection process and the key dates to look out for. These details are also covered in the Term Sheet for the Accelerator.  

The webinar is aimed at digital agriculture solution providers interested in applying for the Accelerator.
