Digital inclusion and exclusion are critical considerations in the humanitarian sector to ensure the benefits of digital technology are available to as many people affected by crisis as possible. Humanitarian actors have an obligation to alleviate suffering and to ensure that humanitarian services are accessible to everyone who needs them.
