“I am very pleased to welcome such an accomplished and highly regarded individual as Louise to the GSMA executive team,” said Ms. Bouverot. “We are continually focused on delivering greater value to our members, through the strategic initiatives we undertake with them, in focused industry advocacy programmes or across the events that convene our industry. Louise will play an integral role in supporting these efforts, while at the same time maximising the business performance of the GSMA.”

“I’ve had the great opportunity to experience the rapid development and the transformative power of mobile first-hand during my time at Vodafone and Cable & Wireless, on a global basis, but particularly in high-growth markets such as Africa,” commented Ms. Easterbrook. “I’m looking forward to working with the GSMA leadership team and our entire membership in driving the further adoption of mobile around the world.”
