Key disability inclusion initiatives to date:
- Affordable connectivity: Introduction of a customised product offering 50% discount on data services for persons with disabilities through the Sadhain ON plan.
- Accessible customer service: Establishment of accessible customer care centres across Nepal to provide inclusive support services.
- Inclusive infrastructure: Development of fully disability-friendly office premises, including accessible elevators, washrooms, workstations and other amenities.
- Support for para-athletes: Strategic partnership with the National Paralympic Committee Nepal to support the training and development of over 500 para-athletes.

- Collaborative innovation: Partnering with relevant stakeholders to co-create inclusive telecom solutions that address the unique needs of persons with disabilities.
- Accessible communication: Ensuring that Ncell announcements, advertisements and information shared on social media are accessible and user-friendly for persons with disabilities.
- Workforce inclusion: Creating equal employment opportunities by including persons with disabilities within Ncell’s workforce, fostering diversity and representation.
