As demand for high-speed, high-quality mobile connectivity continues to grow across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, it is critical that stakeholders work together to promote policies that help mobile infrastructure development.

This paper outlines key insights from the framework’s holistic approach, including the industry challenges, policy gaps and recommendations. By adopting these recommendations, regulators in MENA will create a more conducive environment for innovation and expansion of mobile connectivity.
