| How the solution works | The solution enables seamless background checks for digital services as to whether the subscriber of the phone number has changed after a specified date. This will avoid unsolicited texts or calls to the new phone number owner and allow the digital service provider to manage the impact of the phone number owner changing; for instance to allow the new phone number owner to register an account, to assist an existing user locked out from their account when two-factor authentication relies on their now abandoned number; and to avoid unauthorised account access by the new phone number owner.
