Bosch eyes 5G and smart factories, as it reflects on 10 years of IoT progress

At its seventh annual Bosch Connected World (BCW) conference, Bosch made a number of important announcements, including its new partnership with Microsoft. After a decade of strengthening its IoT presence, Bosch is now also looking towards 5G. In particular, it will aim to uncover the 5G opportunity in smart factory solutions, following the company’s announcement of its intention to acquire spectrum licences in Germany.
