SG.18 Device Registry Specification and Access Policy

This document defines the file, record and field interface specification for the GSMA Device Registry, which maintains TAC allocation records and a global Block List of flagged device identifiers. It describes contributor types, eligibility criteria, reporting rules, upload and download file formats, reason codes and naming conventions for authorised users exchanging device status information.
