About Tech4Girls
Tech4Girls, launched by GSMA in North America in 2018, is a source of inspiration and empowerment for young women in tech. Since 2021, the program has been an integral part of the EQUALS Her Digital Skill Coalition, a global initiative dedicated to encouraging girls from underserved areas to pursue careers in technology. Through hands-on workshops, career advice, and digital seminars, Tech4Girls has empowered over 2,500 girls from 30+ countries across five continents.
Aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals on Gender Equality, the program not only boosts self-confidence but also provides sponsors and supporting organizations an avenue to fulfill their social responsibility goals and make a real impact in the community.
