We are very happy to announce the last GSMA LA Plenary Meeting of this year. This time, and for the first time, GSMA LA will carry out the forty-second edition of this event in Quito, Ecuador. The meeting will be held at the Swissotel hotel, from 24 to 26 November. This time, the hosts will be ASETEL (Telecommunications companies Association) and the national GSM operators Claro, CNT and Movistar.
During these 3 days of meetings and work, our members, Ecuadorian and regional authorities, sponsors, invited experts and other important players of the Latin American industry will participate in different activities such as seminars, our traditional plenary session with the participation of high level executives
and the meetings of our four working groups: Regulatory (REGU), Billing and Roaming (BARG), Security and Fraud (SEGF) and Technical and Terminals (TECT). Moreover, the GSMA CROG Latam will meet during the last day of the event.

Important, please read before registering:
• Ecuadorian Operators: The organizing committee will be in charge of the list of attendees (Ecuadorian operators do not have to register through the GSMA LA website).
• Foreign GSM operators have unlimited registration.
• GSMA associate members have 2 passes available.
• GSMA associate members that are part of the GSMA LA Sponsorship Programme 2014 have up to 6 passes available (standard level) and up to 10 passes available (premium level).
