AGENDA: RIG #96 Workshop Upcoming Mandates and Their Impact on Networks

GSMA North America invites you to join us at the Virginia Tech Innovation Campus for the RIG 96 Workshop: Upcoming Mandates and Their Impact on the Networks. This focused afternoon session brings together regulators, operators, and technology experts to explore the changing regulatory environment and its real-world implications on networks across North America.

Over the course of three hours, participants will engage with timely topics including NG911 implementation, Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA), 988 crisis line expansion, and spam mitigation strategies. The agenda features speakers from the FCC, CTIA, CCA, T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, and more. Whether you work in compliance, policy, or network engineering, this is your opportunity to hear directly from those shaping telecom’s regulatory future.

This session is open to GSMA members and non-members. We welcome all who are interested in understanding the evolving mandates affecting our industry.
