
New Calling x AI Challenge
New Calling (NC) delivers high quality, multimedia and interactive calling experience, including P2P and A2P communications. With Data Channel capability applied, it can also support enhanced services such as content sharing, intelligent customer service, enterprise ID, and remote assistance etc. Third party application developers also have the potential to develop and distribute their own innovative applications enabling greater reach to users and addressing disparate use cases. Furthermore, the emerging AI technologies bring new opportunities for the New Calling, creating a richer and more intuitive way of user interaction by integrating multiple modalities such as voice, text, images, and gestures. Examples of innovative use of AI within NC include speech to text transcription, real-time translation, customized avatars, etc.
