The Mobile AI Community is actively building the future through three dedicated, member-led workstreams. We can help channel your expertise and help the industry move from experimentation to production-grade agentic AI in telecom, so it can make the greatest impact across the industry.
Pilot projects and deployment models
This is where agentic AI in telecom is brought to reality. This workstream develops and trials tangible agentic AI blueprints and demonstrates their value in a variety of scenarios. This can be anything from advanced, context-aware call assistants to fully integrated household butlers. Through collaborative edge intelligence testbeds, members are prototyping the multi-agent systems that will define the next generation of telco services.

Architecture for TAaaS
A thriving ecosystem requires a common foundation. This group is defining the end-to-end technical architecture for telco agent-as-a-service (TAaaS). We are engineering the standardised protocols, data models, and interaction frameworks necessary for a truly interoperable and scalable marketplace of telco agents.
This work ensures that solutions from different vendors and operators can work together seamlessly.
Technical security and governance
To unlock the full potential of agentic AI for telecom, we must build a foundation of trust. This workstream is creating a comprehensive agentic AI threat modelling playbook for the industry. By building on the analysis in our white paper, we are developing reusable templates and best practices to mitigate emerging risks like boundary collapse and Adversarial Agent Injection (AAI).
Our goal is to ensure the agentic ecosystem is secure, resilient, and ready for mass adoption.
