Ericsson’s 5G-Advanced innovations are designed to enable high-performing programmable, energy-efficient and sustainable networks. Ericsson is working with Telstra and other mobile operators to harness 5G-Advanced to drive revenue growth and operational savings, and meet customer intents in real-time. At MWC24 Barcelona, Telstra demonstrated a network slicing use case in the construction sector, showcasing how 5G-Advanced can deliver service level assurance on a real-time, near per-second basis, ensuring value for money for the operator’s customers. With large-scale commercial deployment set for 2025, early adopters will benefit from enhanced service delivery and customer satisfaction.
