FS.59 Global Title Leasing Code of Conduct: Declaration and Compliance Process

The GSMA Global Title (GT) Leasing Code of Conduct (CoC) has been developed to highlight and promote the implementation of responsible practices by relevant stakeholders involved in GT leasing. The aim of the CoC is to educate stakeholders involved in GT leasing about associated issues and abuse concerns, to discourage abusive practices, and to increase transparency, traceability, and accountability in relation to interconnect signalling involving GTs.

This document specifies the process by which eligible parties can centrally declare compliance with the CoC to the GSMA, and the procedure for handling Complaints against parties that have declared compliance
