Help shape a new benchmark
Join the GSMA Voice Campaign 2026 briefing for senior HR and People Leaders to explore:
- the methodology behind the Voice Survey
- insights from the 2025 findings
- how participating organisations can support workforce representation
- the value of building a stronger industry-wide dataset over time
More data – deeper insights
In 2025, the GSMA launched the Voice Campaign to better understand workforce experience across the mobile industry. Now the campaign is evolving the dataset into a more comprehensive industry benchmark.
The benchmark will provide deeper insight into workforce trends — helping industry leaders better understand workforce experience, organisational culture and employee sentiment, at scale.
The next phase aims to broaden representation across the industry to ensure the benchmark reflects the diversity of experiences, roles and organisations that make up the global mobile sector.
The 2026 findings will be shared at MWC27 Barcelona.
Your questions, answered
Webinar attendees will also have the opportunity to speak with Lara Dewar, Chief Marketing Officer at the GSMA, and Sandra Healy, CEO and Founder of Inclusio, in a Q&A session to better understand how the campaign aligns with workforce, culture and employee engagement priorities across the sector.
Why your voice matters
A meaningful industry benchmark depends on broad and representative participation.
The 2025 findings highlighted the value of capturing workforce perspectives across different organisations, geographies and levels of seniority — while also reinforcing the need for a larger and more representative dataset across the mobile ecosystem.
The long-term objective is to establish a trusted, industry-wide benchmark that supports informed decision-making and helps organisations understand workforce trends across the sector. The Voice Campaign is designed to support collective industry understanding rather than company comparison.
