The business case for DE&I

We know that well-designed DE&I strategies boost a company’s return on investment.

A 2023 McKinsey report on women in the workplace stated that narrowing the gender gap by 2025 could have added $12 trillion to the global GDP. Furthermore, gender diverse companies are 25% more likely to financially outperform competitors, and this goes up to 36% for ethnically diverse companies.

DE&I programmes:

Diverse teams bring a broader range of perspectives, which leads to more creative problem-solving, better decision-making, and products that resonate with a wider and more diverse customer base.

When employees feel included and valued, retention improves, reducing costly turnover. In many cases, inclusive companies also see stronger brand loyalty and access to new markets—both of which can translate directly into revenue growth and long-term profitability.
