Gender Equality

The GSMA International Relations team works on creating a level playing field for girls and women in the tech and mobile industry. This is through the GSMA’s commitment and active engagement with various international organisations and global (digital) gender equality initiatives. Here are some of our main initiatives we work on: 

The EQUALS Global Partnership works on bridging the gender digital divide and includes the EQUALS Her Digital Skills and EQUALS EU projects
