- Ensure trainers engage customers around their life needs to understand the most relevant use cases for using mobile.
- Engage trainees on use cases that are personally appealing and relate to different trainees lived experience, such as:
- Using the mobile internet to learn about maintaining crops and handling pests
- Learning what your children are doing for their homework
- Learning new recipes or cooking techniques
- Watching sports videos or music videos
- Learning how to fix your bicycle or repair household items
- Use language, terminology, examples, and stories that are understood by and relevant to women as well as men.
- Training must be tailored to the customers lifestyle, needs and learning objectives.
- Trainers should emphasize that the same skills can apply to a range of use cases.
