- Provide customers with data offers to allow them to test their newly acquired digital skills.
- Engage existing agents who have IT expertise (such as mobile repair agents) to support your campaign as a ‘geek squad’.
- Create a sense of community between agents by connecting them in WhatsApp groups.
- Provide trainers with incentives and remuneration for their training.
- Consider incentivising referrals and simplifying sharing of content between agents and customers to build in the multiplier effect.
- Compensate agents / trainers for the additional time spent with customers / trainees and link remuneration to training quality rather than quantity.
