Types of Labs

What are the different categories of Labs and which should you attend?

GSMA RCS Business Messaging Awareness Lab:

The Awareness Lab is aimed at companies that are new to RCS. The purpose of these Labs is to provide individuals with an understanding of the Operator RCS service, the GSMA Universal Profile standard, the RCS Ecosystem (Operators, Brands, Technology Companies and Marketing Companies), RCS global deployment, handset adoption, customer experience, brand trials, privacy, security and trust. The Awareness Lab is open to both members and non-members.

GSMA RCS Business Messaging Innovators Lab:

The Innovators Lab is aimed at companies who are already engaged with RCS. It enables individuals to contribute to the future of messaging and to ensure RCS becomes an industry-leading business messaging platform by sharing, identifying and resolving issues. The Innovators Lab is for GSMA members only.

GSMA RCS Business Messaging Thought Leaders Lab:

The Thought Leaders Lab is aimed at member companies and specifically at individuals with 10 years of messaging experience. The purpose of these Labs is to set the strategic agenda for messaging for the year ahead. The Thought Leaders Lab is by invitation only.
