Ingeniero en Electrónica y Telecomunicaciones de la Universidad del Cauca (Colombia), con posgrado en Gerencia de Empresas de Telecomunicaciones de la Universidad de los Andes (Colombia), William ha desarrollado una carrera de once años en las Telcos, cubriendo roles técnicos de planificación de red, comerciales de Gerencia de Producto , así como de desarrollo de nuevos negocios. Actualmente, ocupa el cargo de Senior Operator Parnerships Manager en Infobip para la región de North LATAM, lo que le permite generar nuevos negocios y alianzas con los operadores de la región.

With Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer degree from the Universidad del Cauca (Colombia), and a postgraduate degree in Telecommunications Business Management from the Universidad de los Andes (Colombia), William has developed a career in telecommunications spanning over a decade, covering technical roles in network planning , Product Management commercials, as well as new business development. Currently, he holds the position of Senior Operator Partnerships Manager at Infobip for the North LATAM region, which allows him to generate new business and alliances with operators in the region.

 

César Feito Otero

Senior Partner Success Manager - Operator Partnerships, Infobip

A graduate of the University of Oviedo (Spain) with a degree in tourism and passionate about technology, César has developed his career within the telecommunications industry performing various commercial and executive functions in aggregators and communications companies in Europe. He currently holds the position of Senior Partner Success Manager for Southern Europe within Infobip’s Operator Partnerships department.

Graduado en Turismo por la Universidad de Oviedo (España) y apasionado de la tecnología, ha desarrollado su carrera dentro de la industria de Telecomunicaciones desempeñando diversas funciones comerciales y ejecutivas en Agregadores y Empresas de comunicaciones europeas. En la actualidad ocupa el cargo de Senior Partner Success Manager para el sur de Europa dentro del departamento Operator Partnerships de Infobip.

Zaira Pérez

Ecosystem Engagement and Business Development Director LatAm, IDEMIA

Zaira Perez is currently leading Ecosystem Engagement and Business Development in Latin America and the Caribbean at IDEMIA.

Her current position entails the development of key accounts in the Latin American Region and relations with regulators, multilateral banks, international organizations, as well as, international and national associations to address the economic and social enabling effects of digital identity, mobile technology, digital payments in LatAm. In her past role, she founded and served as Director-General of the Center of Connectivity and Telecom Infrastructure of the Government of Mexico City where she developed and implemented the connectivity model, the recipient of the WSIS Prizes in Information and Communication Infrastructure granted by the International Telecommunications Union of United Nations.

Previous to her role in the government, she worked at ASD a specialized law firm in telecommunications, where she provided expert guidance to wholesale shared networks in Mexico and abroad. She was part of the executive team of the Red Compartida Project, the recipient of the 2017 ICT Excellence Award granted by the World Information Technology & Services Alliance. Zaira believes that global corporations now hold responsibility in bringing their core technologies, products, services and competencies to form alliances with key stakeholders such as NGOs, governments and international organizations to help develop sustainable business models which can then be easier to scale and replicate across regions and markets.

Sergio Collazo

VAS Manager, América Móvil

Sergio Collazo holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications and Information Systems from the University of Essex. Professional in the Telecommunications industry in Mexico and Latin America collaborating in projects of new technologies and global value-added services in the region. Sergio has more than 20 years of experience planning, evaluating and developing value-added technologies and services projects for mobile communication networks

Sergio Collazo tiene el grado de Maestro En Ciencias en Telecomunicaciones y Sistemas de Información por la Universidad de Essex. Profesional en la industria de las Telecomunicaciones en México y Latinoamérica colaborando en proyectos de nuevas tecnologías y servicios de valor agregado globales en  la región. Sergio tiene experiencia de mas de 20 años realizando planeación, evaluación y desarrollo de proyectos de tecnologías y servicios de valor agregado para redes móviles de comunicación.
