The Future Networks Programme will be hosting the twelth GSMA RCS Business Messaging Lab in Amman sponsored by Cequens on Thursday 10th May 2018 at 10:00 – 17:30

This event will bring together leading stakeholders in the messaging industry to discuss the operational and commercial requirements that will enable RCS to become an industry-leading business messaging platform. This event is aimed at companies that are new to RCS.

The purpose of GSMA RCS Business Messaging Awareness Labs is to provide individuals with an understanding of the Operator RCS service, the GSMA Universal Profile standard, the RCS Ecosystem (Operators, Brands, Technology Companies and Marketing Companies), RCS global deployment, handset adoption, customer experience, brand trials, commercial models and privacy, and security and trust.
