This introduction to Design Thinking (DT) explores four key Design Thinking principles:

  1. DT is a solution-based approach to solving problems;
  2. DT puts the costumer at the centre of the proccess;
  3. DT helps validate assumptions; and
  4. DT is a process where you learn by doing.
