Through this track, you will learn how Design Thinking can help your team dive deeper into the motivations and assumptions that underlie your business idea. By putting time and effort into researching your problem and actively listening to potential customers, you will be able to develop solutions that solve real problems and establish yourself as a customer-centric business.
