This specification defines the APIs that an Operator Platform should expose and use on its East/Westbound Interface. This interface is enabling use cases such as establishing the federation between Operator Platforms, sharing of edge nodes, providing access to Operator Platform capabilities in a visited network while roaming, etc. This version of GSMA PRD OPG.04 enhances the functionality provided in the previous version by defining API extensions for federation management, monitoring resource and application usage, notifying events and raising alarms. It also provides clarifications on the authentication flows.

This functionality is not covered yet by existing APIs from SDOs and industry bodies. Therefore, the specification defines the complete API itself. For ease of use, this API is also provided as an OpenAPI compliant yaml file.
