Paderborn Germany – The test solution provider COMPRION is the first to provide new test cases covering the GSMA Handset Test Book requirements for their UT³ Platform conformance test system. Hajo Sandschneider, Director of Marketing and Product Management at COMPRION explains: “These are conformance tests for mobile phones supporting features such as Secure Element API (including SEAC), Android specific API, Multiple Card Emulation Environments, NFC Service remote administration as well as NFC tag reading and writing.”

Sandschneider states “We cover hundred percent of the tests identified as first priority by GCF. This means that companies that want to be fully compliant to the GSMA NFC Handset Test Book can only rely on COMPRION.”
The GSMA Handset Test Book is driven by mobile network operators. They aim to make sure that handsets support a defined set of NFCrelated features and are interoperable with corresponding contactless devices.
