Hampshire, UK: Risk management and analytics expert Neural Technologies today announced that it has won a contract with a new mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) entering the Republic of Ireland (ROI) telecom market, following a competitive tender process.

Neural will provide its Minotaur(tm) Originations solution, which manages new subscriber application risk in real-time. Neural Technologies already works with customers in the ROI telecom market, namely 3 Ireland (formerly O2 Ireland).
