Hampshire, UK: Risk management and analytics expert Neural Technologies today announced that it has won a contract with StarHub, Singapore’s first fully integrated info-communications company. The deal is valued at approximately USD$1 million and is the first strategic collaboration between Neural and StarHub.

StarHub is the second largest telecommunications company in Singapore. The company provides a full range of information, communications and entertainment services for both consumer and corporate markets and operates a mobile network that provides 4G, 3G and 2G services.

StarHub required a replacement for its fraud management system and ran a competitive tender which Neural won. The new supply agreement with Neural Technologies will provide comprehensive protection against a broad range of fraud types throughout StarHub’s entire business.

Neural Technologies’ solutions are focused on investigating and analysing fraud activities via a single, flexible platform. They are interoperable with the industry’s most popular business tools and common IT platforms.
