Ericsson met Marie Sandå, Head of Commercial Product Management for IoT Connectivity at Telia, the dominant communications service provider in the Nordics.
Marie discussed the role of the operator in the flourishing IoT business area, particularly the importance of reducing complexity and making it simple for enterprises to grow and scale. She touched on developing new IoT ecosystems and how operators can learn from each other as new use cases and business models develop.
