More than 28 years of Telecommunication/SCADA working experience in oil & gas Upstream and Downstream sectors covering pipeline system and onshore & offshore crude oil/gas field production facilities. Recent project undertaken was PETRONAS mega RAPID project as Telecommunication Project Technical Authority. Project experience includes working in a large – scale local and international pipeline project, viz Malaysia’s Carigali Dulang Project development and Sudan’s Muglad Basin Oil Development Project (MBOD). Undertook the Sudan Block 3 & 7 Melut Basin project development in the Basic & Detailed Design, and execution of construction and commissioning.

Involved in various project implementation phases such as detailed design, construction and maintenance of oil and gas telecommunication network/systems. Job function covers overall Telecommunication network infrastructure planning which include in-house feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering work, project costing, resource planning, contract strategies and contract evaluation. Project execution and supervision of system integration/composite test, pre-commissioning and commissioning of telecommunications and related systems.
