This report provides a high-level compilation of the mHealth legal and regulatory landscapes in ten countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. The objective of this report is to provide the mHealth community with, where possible, an overview of legal provisions contained within the existing legal frameworks that may have a direct impact on mHealth initiatives.
