This case study explores how the market context in each country influenced the rationale for A2A interoperability; how the providers decided on their particular technical model; how the technical models and implementation processes work; and the lessons providers learned from implementation. Together, this should provide useful insights for mobile money service providers who are planning to introduce A2A interoperability in their own markets.
