On Wednesday 15 June, the GSMA Connected Women team launched the Mobile Gender Gap Report 2022. At the virtual launch event, Claire Sibthorpe, GSMA spoke with Vishakha Saigal, Reliance Jio about her reactions to the latest statistics; the mobile internet gender gap having remained flat in most regions, but widened in South Asia in the past year; and what action Reliance Jio are taking to drive digital inclusion for women.
