ayoba is the proprietary app from MTN. For MTN customers, this app provides a range of support and services that can assist customers to get what they need from MTN and enjoy entertainment online.
By the end of this module, your trainees will:
- Understand what ayoba is and what it enables them to do.
- Be able to perform basic 1-1 functions including sending text messages, photos and voice messages.
- Know how to create an ayoba group and send a text, photo and voice message to their group.
- Understand how they can access news, music and games by subscribing to ayoba channels.
- Understand how much it costs to use ayoba for various activities, and how this compares to SMS.
- Recognise the different ayoba icons and know what they mean.
