5G IoT Strategy Group Initiatives

The 5G IoT Strategy Group is led by 20-members, the evolution to 5G IoT continues with the enhancements to LTE-M and NB-IoT, both components of 5G, preparations for the launch of Massive IoT and requirements needed for the introduction of Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN).

This year the focus for the 5G IoT community is on energy and the environment, and how IoT solutions are impacting these sectors. Below are some of the outputs that group have produced and are continuously working on.
